Standard Economy Class
- Ideal for 2 persons, 1 suitcase and 2 small bags
- Unlimited mileage
- Minimum period of the rent: 3 days in a low season, 5 days in a high season
- Not possible to chose a specific brand of car, only the given class (the car is selected by the rental company according to the actual availability)
- The driver must be older than 21 years and younger than 80 years, with the driving licence issued at least 2 years before the service or car rental
- Drivers of the age 21-24 and 76-80 pay 50% higher insurance
Manual transmission: Car Brands - Kia Picanto, MG 3, Hyundai Grand i10
Rental price for 1 day = 59 USD // 59 EUR (low season)
(period 01/12 - 10/01, 10/04 - 17/04 and 01/07 - 31/08 rental price for 1 day = 89 USD // 89 EUR)
In case of a rent for only 3-6 days, there will be charged a supplement of 10 USD / 10 EUR for each day

The service is "on request" from Cuba afterwards the biding reservation is confirmed by the client.
To ensure reservation of the car its necessary to report a binding driver (that driver must be personally present at the office of the rental company to sign the rent-car contract and to return the car at the end of the service. This main drive can not be changed at any moment, neither before the service is started nor during the service). In case of the need of the second driver, must be present as well at the moment of the pick up of the car and must pay on the spot when signing the contract. Its requiered to keep the 24-hr cycle for the rent a car. If you want to rent a car in the morning and want to return car back in the evening, you must pay an extra fee for a new day cycle + insurance for one day. In case of the pick up or drop off of the car at the international airport, must be provided flight schedule for arrival/departure. Right after the car is confirmed, the cancelation politics by the rental company are being applied (in case that shortly after or later the client decides to cancel the service)
Surcharges to cars - client will pay in the rental office (by credit card) - CASH NOT ACCEPTED
- Refundable deposit when renting a car is payable on the spot (as a guarantee), the amount of the deposit is 150-250 USD per car (depending on the chosen class of the car)
- Compulsory car insurance – 20-30 USD per car / per day is payable at the spot while signing car rental contract (the amount depends on the chosen class of the car and the age of the driver)
- Fuel - the actual fuel quantity in the tank of the car will be paid at the spot (40 - 60 USD). The car is returned with empty fuel tank. The fuel left in the tank will NOT be refunded
- When renting or returning the car at any international cuban airport, there will be charged a fee of 20 USD
- Late drop off (return) of the car (based on the drop off time specified in the contract) will be penalized according to the car rental rates
- A DROP OFF fee for returning the car in other region (province) than the pick up region or drop off the car in another office than specified in the contract (according to the car rental rates)
- In-writing of the additional driver to the car rental contract – 3 USD per 1 day of the car rent
Remarks
- 1 liter of gasoline = 30 CUP (24 CUP = 1 USD)
- Its recommended to present at the car rental not only your local driving licence but the international driving licence as well, both together (no copy, must be original documents)
- Its not allowed to use the GPS navigation in Cuba – actually, its not really needed
- The minimum drivers age = 21 years (+ 2 years of driving experience), maximum age of 80 years.
- Travel agency offers a local (english speaking) assistance (available 24/7 on the phone) in case of emergency on the road or any complications in the rental office
- In case that the necessary documentation is not presented (passport, car voucher, driving licence, main driver not present....) The reservation will be cancelled and considered as a no-show.
